As we all know, Indonesia is the world\u2019s fourth-largest country by population. Unfortunately, it is still lacking digital talent to support digitalization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many prominent speakers are at the event to give meaningful insight on changes in human resources. Ministry of KEMENPAREKRAF, Sandiaga Uno attended this event to give support and statement. He hopes that all elements of stakeholders collaborate and synergize to accelerate digitalization in Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The spokesperson of the Ministry of KOMINFO, Dedy Permadi also give warm welcome to the event. He said that it is very important to nurture Digital Talent in Indonesia. HR Professionals from KOMINFO, Glints, KEMENKES, and Sampingan express their understanding about DIgital Talents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All speakers on the 1st session agreed that Digital Talents need to adapt to technology to grow business. Farida Dwi Cahyarini from KOMINFO said that Indonesia is rolling out digital training across Indonesia. Therefore, adapting and changing the recruitment process is important. Developing and Grooming Talent is necessary to fulfill Digital Talent in Indonesia.
